Ferrari FXX Racer Pedal Car: Ultimate Kids Play
For those who think that cost shouldn’t be a factor when it comes to buying a toy for their youngsters, Bergtoys has released the Ferrari FXX Racer pedal car.
For €499 or approx $725, you can buy the basic version of the Ferrari inspired pedal car which comes equipped with a seven-speed transmission, an on-board processor, disc brake pedals, semi-slick pursuit tires.
But that’s not all. Parents who can spare “a little’ more cash or to be exact, €1,499 / $2,175, Bergtoys offers a supped up version of their Ferrari FXX Racer pedal car dubbed “Exclusive”.
The latter is equipped with a first-class fast bucket seat with a four-point harness, a leather steering wheel, larger alloy wheels and even an aero bodykit.

If you’re going to spend that kind of money, you might as well buy them a gasoline-powered Go Kart. They’ll get more years of use out of it and you might find yourself riding around in it someday. Did I mention I drive a Nissan/Infiniti?

under it’s own momentum i doubt lil’ Johnny could build up enough speed to warrant the 4pt harness.
It is a very nice pedal toy. Yes the kid will need extremely strong legs to pedal fast enough to cause a roll over. but then again going downhills may cause extreme speeds and cause injury if rolled over. But is everything 100% safe?

@hass: Maybe you missed the part about the 7-speed transmission?
Either way, it has an onboard computer and disc brakes, so doubt it will let you go fast enough to worry about rollover.
