The lotus indicated today the first official information on the eagle of 2010 projects which will make its beginning of the world at British Motor show on July 22 with a press conference of 11:30. It is the moment when the lotus will also indicate the official name of the car.

The eagle of project is actuated by a modified version of the V6 liter from Toyota 3.5, with VVT-i duel which produced 280 powers in horses. It can strike an high speed of 160 M/H; the sprint of M/H 0-60 of the stop is estimated with the submarine 5 seconds (figures of prototype).

Named internally by Lotus Design, the smooth, sophisticated eagle of project and rear attention-snaring brilliantly the disguise its capacity to render service to passengers to the back of the fuselage, giving to the car the external characteristics of small, nimble a sports car while dismounting its internal space. As being sold in a configuration 2+2, the car will be also available as purely two-seater, space in the back being assigned with storage in luggage.

The team that’s currently working on Project Eagle had their hands in developing the concept, and although the model has a distinctly Elise/Exige feel to it, there are several elements, particularly the exposed center spine, Coke-bottle haunches, air intakes and rear diffuser, that give us hope for Lotus’ future.
